In case of damage we will contact the shipper and follow up. A replacement work will be sent ASAP. In case of a consignment work in oil the replacement may take some time due to the paint not being dry enough to ship. We will work with the customer to make the arrangements and reship. If a return is necessary due to a defect in the art we will replace at our cost.
